I just reinstalled my pc system and cant login after restart my pc. The system asks me to reset my pin, after I typed my email account and my password, there is a text code require to my old phone number, but I am impossible to use the phone number anymore. It’s very painful because it is the only option I can select to reset my pin and the outcome is I have to wait 30 days to use my computer. I need help, I can provide any detail information about myself but not the old phone number text code, what should I do?
