Windows Disconnecting My Bluetooth Headphones

Whenever I connect either of my headphones (Bose QC Ultra and Nothing Ear 2) to either my Desktop pc or laptop they either disconnect once I try to play audio or they disconnect and immediately reconnect and repeat this cycle every few seconds. So far I have restarted both computers, turned Bluetooth off and on, disconnected and reconnected both devices, and I checked to see if my Bluetooth drivers need updated but I am a little confused since I only have the option to update one which is "Generic Bluetooth Adapter" (its updated).
