I installed a new cd/dvd drive.Although the drive appears in my computer,

when I clicked on explore it says something like: E/.... is not a windows32 .

I'm not sure I didn't have the same problems before I got the new drive

What is on the platter in the CD/DVD drive? If a disc is present, then

its self-executing file from autorun might, indeed, not be a suitable

32-bit Windows one.

I've tried every format. It does not work
