I have IIS request monitor installed. However when I run it, I get an not implemented error.

I have IIS request monitor installed. However when I run it, I get an not implemented error. I checked event viewer, and don't see any errors. I'm not sure what else to look at. I even tried running from an elevated command prompt, and still go the not implemented error. All the health monitoring roles are installed. C:\windows\system32>%windir%\system32\inetsrv\appcmd list requests ERROR ( hresult:80004001, message:Command execution failed. Not implemented )
