Why does my always on VPN client disconnect instantly and then displays 'Identifying network'?

Hello,I have had an ongoing issue for weeks that i cannot solve.I have followed Microsoft's Always On VPN guide to the letter and checked it over multiple times, as well as starting over so i am confident that configuration i have is correct.For context - RRAS hosted on a mini PC with capable specs single NIC custom configuration.NPS hosted on another mini PC with capable specs.DC DNS and Cert module all hosted on Azure VM and the firewall on the clients network pushes local DNS to all devices saving manual input.VPN Client machine for testing is a simple fresh windows 11 pro device.all device
