hi guys,

 

i have a weird questino to ask.

 

im currently using two vmware host. on the first im installing a windows server as a domain controller. after that i export the machine and import it to the second host. then i will create my installation id and activate it. the virtual settings like cpu cores, ram and the virtual mac adress is the same on both hosts.

 

so my problem... when the ad crashed on second host, i want to install a new one on the second host directly and activate it. will i get the same installation id and can I use the older activation id for it? i will use the old configuration with cpu cores, ram and virtual mac adress
