I have been using my laptop for more than three years without any issues. Recently, I decided to sign in with my email in the Windows OS settings. After doing this, almost all my applications stopped running unless I run them as an administrator. However, my account already has administrator privileges.I switched back to my offline account, but the problem remains. I have read countless articles and checked everything I could find. I also noticed that there are several accounts listed that I did not create, with same names. I am completely lost and frustrated.I cannot find an option anywhere t
