[ADVANCED] WinSRv2022 AD , problem to make a secondary network recognized as domain network

hi,i am using two domain controllers, eatch one have two network connexions like this:NETWORK1________[DOMAIN CONTROLLER1]____SVCNet____[ DOMAIN CONTROLLER2]____NETWORK2NETWORK1, SVCNet,NETWORK2 have respectively one different ip/24 eatch.i know that is not a standard use of AD servers but, i was forced to separate thoses nets for security reasons. There is no subnet configured in AD.Historically it used to work without problems. but here DOMAIN CONTROLLER2 was falling by security issues. no responding, impossible to repair and some unknown isatap tunnels where listed in networks.
