PC working perfectly. Installed update KB5044273 (Windows 10 IoT Enterprise LTSC) and Windows Start button left click (program list) and Search box inoperative. Right click working. Reliability Monitor shows "xTendUtility.exe" and "StartMenuExperienceHost.exe" both stopped working. Uninstalled KB5044273 and everything working perfectly again. Repeated the process - same thing happened.
