how can i clean up my harddrives and what can i do with the program files and program files x86?

hello,so when i got my PC i had a SSD and a HDD my windows was running off of the SSD and all my files were going to the SSD and I didn't know how to move them so I dragged and dropped all the files to my HDD and my Name-Pc folder went to my harddrive too and somehow my downloads folder went in there too. also, my computer stopped working so I took it to microcenter and they said my SSD was failing so I got a new one now. so now all 3 of my hard drives have the program files folders and I was wondering what to do with them on the old hard drives. i have attached screenshots and was wondering h
