I Have a GTX 1050TI, i5-7400, 8 GB RAM, SSD PC since 2017 and i recently got a problem where FPS started to stutter when i play video games like LoL or Valorant, and i wish i just could know what is the problem to fix it, is it windows problem ? Virus ? Hardware problem ? i wish if someone could help to identify the problem
