my computer is constantly freezing and restarting. I'm not sure how to fix it, I've tried resetting the pc but the computer freezes before it can fini

I've done everything from ram sticks movement, using one stick not two, taking the motherboard battery out to reset bios, repair Windows corrupt files which did complete. Clean boot so I'm close to returning the pc unless there's something I can do?
