will someone get their microsoft account banned for registering under the age of 13 but is now over 13?

from my understanding, microsoft does not allow people under the age of 13 to register a microsoft account. if someone created their account while under the age of 13 by lying about their age, and they are now over 13 years old, will microsoft still ban their account?
