[BUG] RTL language (Arabic) on Notepad (Windows 11) is broken when using emojis

As you can see in the test below, the Arabic letters in the first line are being displayed correctly, but in the second line (if we begin with an emoji) the letters become unconnected:In the same test, when switching from RTL to LTR, the issue gets resolved and it shows all the letters connected in a correct manner:However, using Notepad in LTR for Arabic is not a solution as the paragraphs will get jumbled together in longer sentences when combined with emojis, numbers, symbols, English letters and so on. It'll become a nightmare.I recently upgraded from Windows 10 to Windows 11 and I rely on
