Why does my computer blue screen everytime on start up

Every time I boot up my pc it gives me an error code “Critical_process_died” (imma hope I spelled that right). And I can’t factory reset my laptop becuase it says there’s a problem but it won’t tell me what the problem is. I have tried looking up ways to fix it in vmd prompt,uninstalling updates,system restore, startup settings, and firmware settings. And all of them say there is a problem and won’t specify or it won’t let me click a button,therefore I can’t use it. Plz help I want to play Roblox
