Laptop won't turn on anymore after disk format

HelloI needed to reinstall windows on a hp laptop bang & olufsen elite x2. However the disk didn't show up were i had to download windows on, so i looked at youtube which took me to this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7IreUyKJ3LM:1 following the video, i noticed that i got me to format the whole disk and now the laptop won't even turn oni've followed a different guide on how to make a bootable usb drive: https://kb.filewave.com/books/filewave-general-info/page/rufus-creating-bootable-usb-drivesBut didn't help with starting the pc up again.Im now asking for help if ther
