Why do my apps not work on Windows 10 after deinstalling, restarting, installing them?

Here is the problem:Last Sunday I woke up and my regular user profile was suddenly gone. All my files were gone too. Windows 10 showed me a new user profile and I was unable to safe any files in my documents. When I did and logged off and then in again, the saved files were gone.System restore did not work. Windows said that the automated restore point was corrupted.I found a person who helped me get my former user profile back. I had my documents back but my apps, Office, Adobe, Dropbox, etc. ect. did not work. I deinstalled them, rebooted, installed them again, nevertheless they did not open
