Hello, i am here to address my issue that started since yesterday. I'll give a little context before if it has anything to do with the issue ... so yesterday i received a sound card/mixer with a mic combo from amazon , which my dad had ordered and was eagerly waiting to connect to our pc to test out and check if it was working properly or if he is satisfied with its result.
