I'm getting some shuttering sound on both of my jbl bluetooth devices while connected to my laptop. Help!

For the past two weeks, I've been getting shuttering noises in my earbuds (JBL Tunebeams) while connected to my MSI Gf65 Thin. At first, I thought it was Bluetooth that was having some issues, but it is working fine with my phones. So I checked on my laptop. Every time I troubleshoot my Bluetooth, Windows fixes the Bluetooth radio status. But it's still happening after 20 or 40 minutes and again I troubleshoot Bluetooth and the same issue gets resolved. I'm pretty sure troubleshooting will fix it in one go, so why is it that the radio status gets fixed every time I troubleshoot? Is it like get
