Adfs4 and artifact binding on windows server

Hi, i have a problem while trying to send authnRequest to adfs4 using ArtifactBinding i get this error: Error details: MSIS3114: SAML request for relying party trust 'microsoft:identityserver:test' required artifact and was rejected because artifact service is not enabled. My party trust: Binding BindingUri Index IsDefault Location

Is it even possible to use artifact binding with adfs 4?
