My laptop fans always after 5-10 minutes of gaming starts to make loud noises causing fps dops

So when i boot any game after 5-10 minutes my fans starts to make loud noises, causing fps drops. This Ruins my entire gaming.I tried Making a new power plan and that helped a little but not as much.Is there any way to fix this?What I tried:Making A New Power PlanBoosting My CPUDisabling Turbo BoostDisabling Full Screen Optimizations
