Nvidia Control Panel is not Opening, GPU Driver is installed but not working. The Driver uninstall itself evrytime after reboot. How do i fix it?

My windows 11 is using the intel integrated graphics instead of the Nvidia graphics.Nvidia Control Panel is not openingDriver is clearly showing in Device Manager but not showing in Task Manager.The graphic card is also detected in Bios.I got help from Nvidia live support but they weren't able to solve this problem they claim it's a windows issue.I have reinstalled window 11, gone back to 10, and back to 8.1 and again back to windows 11 but still no solution. I have also:1. Completely uninstalled the driver and reinstalled it2. I Checked in Armory Crate, its in Standard Mode not Eco
