Problems with administrator account...

I have a problem with my laptop. I had a Microsoft account provided by my university during my undergraduate studies, specifically for educational purposes. This account was registered as the administrator account on my PC. When I completed my undergraduate studies, that account was deactivated, but soon after, I enrolled in a master’s program and received a completely new account, which I continued to use to log into Windows on my computer. The issue is that my computer still recognizes the old account as the only administrator account, even though it no longer exists and was deactivated at t
