windows freezing at the start when i try to enter in the user

Hi, I was updating my BIOS, and after that, I went to the user settings and encountered a problem with my PIN. I tried to log in with my Microsoft account, but when I entered the password, my PC started freezing, and I couldn't move anything; everything was frozen.So, I went to troubleshoot and tried to reset the password, but it also asked for the password. I entered both my PC password and the Microsoft password, but neither worked. Luckily, I had a second user account that I never use, and I was able to log in with that to change the password. (I could also access the other user account.)I
