Had to reset my pc cause Windows defender was being weird now there's a problem keeping my pc from restarting.

Windows denfender kept saying that there was a threat but it was also saying that it had gotten rid of it. I ended up getting an Anti-virus, but the notification kept popping up. I restarted it a bunch of times until it finally updated, However when i turned on my pc it deactivated windows. I tried reactivating it but it said i needed an internet connection, but i couldnt reconnect cause i needed to reactivate the firewall but i cant reactivate it because i dont have windows activated. I ended up resetting my pc but now its saying that theres a problem and that it needs an update, but when
