Guest Gustavo Garcia5 Posted October 31 Posted October 31 We have a windows 2022 hosted in Datacenter on-prem in vmware, we collected a full system memory dump. When issue occurs the server is unresponsive.we sent the dump to Citrix Technical support and they recommended to engage Microsoft support team to get the same dump analyzed because they did not find any binary pointing to Citrix as the culprit. What they see is a lot of wait for Terminal service. They mentioned we have to engage Microsoft because they do not have access to private symbols.Citrix provided the full analysis , so we can share it with Microsoft support team at anytime.
