Windows 11 22H2 >> 24H2 Flyouts Problems

I upgraded to Windows 24H2. I was pausing and playing the video with hotkeys and decreasing and increasing the volume. I noticed that the tab that appeared on the top left disappeared. At first I thought it was due to the "ModernFlyouts" application. The problem was different. A window would open on the top left but it was not visible. How did I figure it out? When I pause and play the video I cannot use the left side of the screen. This shows that a window opened on the top left but it is not visible. It is a direct "Flyouts" problem. It does not appear in "ModernFlyouts" or "Windows Flyouts"
