I have just set up my son's PC and connected it to my existing broadband account. However, I can't seem to set up his outlook express account to work. when I get to the screen asking which server to use, I entered POP3 and SMTP for sending. Not working.

Any ideas??

Help!!

What provider is your son's email account with? Is it different to your broadband provider?

Exactly what are you putting into the POP3 and SMTP fields?

When you say "not working", what exactly happens? If there's an error message, what is it?

 

Some ISP email accounts cannot be checked if you are connected to a different ISP, but if you can answer the above questions we can have a good go at solving this problem.
