No admin rights on the PC and no bit-locker recovery key

Hi All,I lost all admin rights to a kiosk machine [scary, I know]. All I have on the kiosk windows 11 machine with a std local user and bit locker in place [more scary].I cant add an administrator account due to std permissions.Or I cant do utilman.exe workaround ie move c:\windows\system32\utilman.exe c:\ since I don't have the bit locker recovery key. But I have the bit locker key.Any chance that I can create an admin account from advance boot function, cmd??how did I get here: I had an admin account [a global admin work account] and I removed that account from intune.
