Account problems after upgrading to Windows 11

Hello,I recently upgraded from Windows 10 to Windows 11, and everything was working fine until yesterday. Suddenly, I began encountering issues. When trying to open pictures or videos using the Photos app, I received error messages like "File can't be accessed." I tried launching the Photos app directly, but it opens and closes immediately. I tried with "Run as Administrator" and it worked. But tI don't want to use that everytime I open an app of Microsoft!I then tried opening the Microsoft Store, but it also fails to open properly.
