WDF_Violation Blue Screen or black screen error on Windows

I reset my laptop recently, and now whenever I try to close the laptop's screen the engines run faster and never goes to sleep mode, and I open it it's just a frozen black screen. I tried to press sleep or shutdown instead, but it either gives the same black sceen, or a blue screen with WDF_Violation and never goes to sleep mode or shuts down.I tried renaming the wd folder in drivers' folder to wd.old.I also don't have the HpqKbFiltr.sys file so this method didn't work either.Help me solve this problem please, and thanks in advance.
