i cannot connect to any Microsoft associated services

hello i was trying to download minecraft for the launcher but it had a problem and told me to go to the microsoft store i went to the microsoft store and tried to install from there the install never went past checking for dependencies i tried to do the install through the Xbox app but same problom stuck at 0% and when i try to use the support option in xbox app i get error code 0x80072f8f in the game bar, xbox identity provider, and xbox live in game experience, i tried several repair methods online which flashed the cache and trouble shooting steps, and they told me to update my windows i tr
