can not upgrade directly from WS 2012 to 2019

Hello, I have an HP ProLiant ML 380p gen 8 running WS 2012 R2 datanecnter, a few days ago I tried to upgrade it to 2019 as it's the newest OS I can install on it, the thing is that it won't let me update it, it only gives me the option of doing and clean istalation and I need to migrate active directory.

 

I also have tried adding an other domain controler but it dosen't let me, it give an error mesage, it say somethig like adrep error.

 

I hope someone can help me, thanks in advanced
