Windows server 2022 standard

Tried to update it to Kb5044281 And got 0x80073701 error

 

Checked the cbs logs and found Failed to pin deployment while resolving Update: Microsoft-Windows-Server-Package~31bf3856ad364e35~amd64~en~US~10.0.20348 ERROR_SXS_ASSEMBLY_MISSING

 

Failed to bulk stage deployment manifest and pin deployment for package: Microsoft-Windows-Powershell-ISE-FOD-Package~31bf385ad364e35~wow64~en~US~10.0.20348.1

 

This is on a virtual server that was previously evaluation but upgraded to standard via a key.

 

I’m thinking it’s missing a package but don’t know where to look from there, any help is appreciated been trying to trouble shoot for a while to solve this.
