Confused About Location of Documents Folder

I've been using Windows since release 3.1, so I am not totally ignorant. But I sure feel like I am at the moment. I am really confused.I am running Windows 11. Using File Explorer I click on Documents, and I see exactly what I hope to see, which is over 1000 items, including many folders. The path simply says Documents. When I go up a level to Home, the Documents folder is labelled as Stored locally. Which is good, as locally is where I want it to be.However, when I open Local Disk (C:), then Users, Roy, Documents I see just 6 items. That path is C:\Users\Roy\Documents,Where is the Docu
