Windows 11 using all the memory up on laptop - is this a hidden file issue ?

Hello,I wonder if someone could help please, I've tried to resolve the issue of the disc showing as full (-222Gb) in Windows 11 by running the following:1. Disc Clean2, Smart clean3. Empty recycle bin4. Checked disc health and all is okIt shows C: -222GB despite what I take off and delete this figure does not change, there's next to nothing stored on it but it keeps saying it's full.I am using a Samsung Galaxy Book and running Firefox & MS Edge. The PC keep freezing & crashing.I'm wondering if there are hidden files on here somewhere that need to be deleted too?.Any advice would be ve
