I would like to incorporate a video into a sculpture as the flat floor projecting up. What do I need?

It's really a display issue, monitor or screen flat on its back projecting towards the ceiling. What equipment do I need to keep the video repeating, part of a sculpture, 6 hours non-stop? Picked Windows as Product because I have no idea.
