Hello I switched off my laptop in the process of updating my windows and when I turn it on it has brought something on the screen and I pressed "ok"as

Hello I switched off my laptop in the process of updating my windows but when I powered it on it brings that on the screen and when I click "ok"as commanded it can't help.thr screen remains black
