A couple months back I was downloading some mods for a game and I believe something I downloaded gave me a virus. I am now fully unable to update my PC (Windows 10) and it constantly shows the watermark that I need to activate windows but when I try to activate it always gives me an error. The only way that I can get rid of the watermark is by restarting the PC and it will be gone for a couple hours before returning. I have scanned my pc with windows defender and it didn't show any threats and I have also tried reinstalling windows but keeping my files and that didn't work. Would the next best
