Windows 10 wont upgrade to 11, and now its stuck on restart (with no update)

My windows 10 laptop kept asking me to update to windows 11 violently, I gave in, when it was done (hours later) I turned on my laptop and guess what, windows 10 was still there and no windows 11, and it was asking me to upgrade again (been 4-5x) & no success, after last update, and my computer crawling slower than snails, I restart (w/o update) its been 30 mins, its stuck on "getting windows ready" this is a brand new laptop, I peeled the plastic of it 3 months ago, why Im I suffering????
