cant delete files

i ones installed emsisoft for some malmware removal but i cant delete the program. i cant deinstall it because it says i don't have access to the files. only the 'system' is allowed to delete them. i tryd giving myself permission to delete them but it wont let me. anyone knows what the problem is?
