Well I have problem with update 24H2

I kinda have problems with my network like it keep saying input and output it repet This is been repeating or every single time when I try to run it the PC and nothing of those methods that you see on YouTube that how to fix it did not solve anything and I don't want to lose all my stuff on my PC however the network that I've been trying to turn it on and off it's going to repeat it because it's saying like in connected out connected in connected out connected constantly that it's repeats itself and everything on my PC works just fine because there's nothing missing no error no as issues not e
