Launching program automatically before log in

I run a gameserver on windows. The PC that the gameserver resides on automatically shuts down at night and wakes up in the morning. The program I use called Omega Manager, when started, normally launches a webserver on the localhost and starts a gameserver instance. I've created a task in task scheduler to execute a program called Omega Manager that I noormally manually launch from the GUI. It does execute because I can see the background process running when I log in, but the Omega Manager application doesn't launch the gameserver instance or the local webserver instance when launched from ta
