Can't Install NIC

Hello

When i trie to install a new nic in a server that have windows 2003 STD,

give me a error in the final part of the instalation

"An error ocurred during the installation of the device. The system cannot

find the file specified"

It give me this error with all the NIC's.

I give the folder or disk where i have the manufacter drivers.

I tried to use filemoin to see what is the file that he can't find, but the

filemon don't report any "file not found"

When i trie to uninstall the NIC in the Device Manager, it give me an error

"Failed to uninstall the device. the device may be required to boot up the

computer."

 

Can anyone help me

You will probably find better support in the NIC's manufacturer site.

I tried with 3 diferent brands

 

All of them give me the same error
