Windows 2003 KB935839 / KB935840 Installation Problems

Hi,

 

Having issue installing these Security updates on two Servers.

 

Dell Powervault 745n

Windows 2003 Appliance Edtion

 

Dell Poweredge 2950

Windows 2003r2 STD x64

 

I get the following events:
