Guest LamSoft Posted September 13, 2007 Posted September 13, 2007 Now the situation that there is an old server (running server 2k3), now there is another more powerful server, but different hardware configuration, is it possible that I use sysprep the old server first, and then use GHOST to backup all the server partitions into a gho image, then use it to restore to the new powerful server, and re-configure it. I have to keep the share folder settings, user accounts settings,etc... while transfer the data from the old one to the new one? Is it possible to do so? Thanks a lot.
