Guest Alison Posted September 13, 2007 Posted September 13, 2007 I have created a mail merge from a Word document to create labels. When I try to print, they are not there, even though I can see them on the screen. When I go to print preview there is nothing there. Am I doing something wrong, or do I have a fault - and if so how do I fix it? -- Alison Voluntary Church Administrator

It is not the place to find people knowledgeable about particular applications that run under Windows XP, such as Word. I suggest you try posting in a Word group, such as microsoft.public.word.newusers Best of luck, Stephen

Your question, being about Microsoft Word, is not really appropriate here. Although it's possible that you might get an answer here, you are much more likely to get the help you need if you would ask your question in a Word newsgroup. -- Ken Blake, Microsoft MVP Windows - Shell/User Please Reply to the Newsgroup

Am I doing something > wrong, or do I have a fault - and if so how do I fix it? Why are you using Word for labels?!!! You should be using Avery DesignPro *FREEWARE* http://www.avery.com/us/Main?action=software.AverySoftwareDetail&catalogcode=WEB01&softwarecode=3200 This is much, much easier to use than Word will every be. Use Avery labels, just type in the liable ID# to pull up the label template. If you download, make sure to get the user guide (PDF) also. -- ======== Tecknomage ======== Computer Systems Specialist San Diego, CA
