hi,

check on TS, on terminal services configuration on rdp-tcp properties on

client settings tab if you have uncheck the connect client drives at logon,

also check and on GPO applied to TS.

RE: local resource - disk drive

Which OS is your Terminal Server running?

W2K TS doesn't support drive redirection.

RE: local resource - disk drive

The W2K ResourceKit contains a utility called DriveShare, but it

hasn't always worked well, and it's easy to mimic its behaviour in

a login script:

1. share the local drive on the client

2. from within the TS session, connect to the shared drive, with

the net use command.

Note that this method only works when the client and the TS are on

the same network, not over the Internet.

You could also use a utility like TSDropCopy for server to client

file transfer.

RE: local resource - disk drive

TSDropCopy, you mean? Yes, it must run on both the server and the

client.

I don't know which ports need to be open. Just download the program

and install it on a testbox, it's a free download.
