Blank Administrative tools section

Recommended Posts

Hello group

I was examining the control panel of my new PC( albeit refurbished)

and found out that there is nothing in the administrative tools

section.

What I did is I clicked the control panel and switched to classic view

and when I clicked the administrative tools I can't find anything in

it.

Is this a normal or a worrying issue?

Thanks!

Roy

Thanks for your reply..

Do I have to install the admincontrolpanel.reg( which are registration

entries)?

What will be the effect on its installation...?

Follow the instructions for REG files at the top of the page

(http://www.kellys-korner-xp.com/xp_tweaks.htm). Merging the file

admincontrolpanel.reg with your Registry will have the /affect/ of adding

Administrative Tools to the Control Panel list.
