Guest quy nguyen Posted September 15, 2007 Posted September 15, 2007 Hi My parents live in the USA and have Windows XP Pro, and I live in Australia and have Windows XP Home. We both have the latest version of Windows Live Messenger. My parents sometimes have problems with their PC and ask me for help. How do we use the Remote Assistance feature in WLM (or another product, if need be)? A detailed description would be most useful. Thanks in advance.
